Terms of Use
What This Is About
Welcome to our Blockchain Nerd websites [BlockchainNerd.net] (called the “Website”). It’s like a community spot where you can read and post news and reviews. You can also check out the newest stuff, compare prices from different sellers, join chats with other people, and more (that’s the “Website Service”). This Website and the Website Service are run by or for BlockchainNerd and its related companies (“BlockchainNerd” or “We” or “Us”).
When you go on the Website or use the Website Service, you’re saying you agree to these rules (“Terms”) and our privacy thing. If you have questions about the Website or these Terms, you can reach us using the info in section 16 of these Terms. If you don’t agree with these Terms, you should leave the Website and stop using the Website Service right away.
Who Can Use It and Signing Up
To use some parts of the Website Service, you need to make an account with us. To do that, you gotta: (a) be old enough; (b) give us real and full info when you sign up; (c) use the Website Service in a way that follows these Terms and any laws that apply (more on that in section 3); and (d) pick a username and password. When you sign up, you’re saying that: (a) you’re the right age (it’ll say on the sign-up page); (b) you gave us real and full info and will keep it updated; and (c) how you use the Website Service doesn’t break these Terms or any laws. You know you’re responsible for everything that happens under your username and for keeping your password safe. If you see someone using your username without your permission or any other security problem, tell us immediately. You can close your account whenever you want by following the instructions on the sign-up pages. We can also close your account for any reason or no reason, at any time, and we don’t have to tell you why or be responsible for it.
To use the Website Service, you need internet access. You have to pay for your own internet connection and any other fees. You also need to have the stuff to connect to the internet (like a computer and a modem or something else).
General Rules for What You Do
The Website Service is just for you to use personally. You can’t use it for anything commercial or for anything illegal or not allowed. When you use the Website Service, you have to follow all the laws about online stuff (like what you can post) and any international laws that apply, including the local laws where you live (we’ll call all of these “Applicable Laws”).
Stuff You Post on the Website
You’re in charge of any info, data, text, music, software, sounds, photos, graphics, videos, messages, or other stuff (“Content”) that you post or upload or show (publicly or privately) on the Website. BlockchainNerd can (but doesn’t have to) delete, change, lock, move, or remove any Content without telling you and for any reason. They might also keep track of the IP address where any Content was posted, uploaded, or shown, without telling you and for any reason. This includes Content that we think breaks these Terms or is irrelevant, old, not right, or bad in any way, or if BlockchainNerd gets a complaint about it (even if it’s not a real complaint). When you post, upload, or show any Content on the Website, you’re saying that: (a) you own all the rights to that Content, or you have permission from the owner to post, upload, or show it on the Website; and (b) posting, uploading, or showing that Content on the Website and giving BlockchainNerd and their related companies permission to use it (as we say below) won’t break the rights of anyone else.
If you upload, post, or send any Content to the Website, you automatically: (a) give other users of the Website and the Website Service the right to see it and use it based on these Terms. You can also mark Content as private to limit who can see and use it; and (b) give BlockchainNerd and their related companies permission to use, change, publish, publicly perform, publicly show, and share that Content on the Website and the Website Service and in any other way. This permission is non-exclusive, free, can be passed on, lasts forever, and works everywhere. You still own your Content after you post it on the Website.
You know that BlockchainNerd won’t check any Content that you or anyone else posts before it goes up, and they won’t watch how you or anyone else uses the Website Service. So, you, as the user, are responsible for any Content you put on the Website and how the Website Service is used under your username. You can take down your Content whenever you want. If you see someone misusing the Website Service, including posting Content that breaks these Terms, please contact us using the info in section 16 or click the “Report this” link at the bottom of the page or next to the Content.

You can look at, print, or download parts of the Material for your own personal use, but you can’t copy, change, mess with, reproduce, publish, show, share, store, send, use for business, spread in any way, or use the Material (other than your own Content) without BlockchainNerd’s clear permission. You can’t put the Website in a frame or link to it without our permission.
The logos and brand names (“Trade Marks”) on the Website are owned by BlockchainNerd or their related companies or their partners. You can’t use, copy, change, mess with, reproduce, publish, show, share, store, send, use for business, or spread the Trade Marks without getting written permission first from BlockchainNerd or the related company or the partner.

General Stuff
These Terms (which we might change sometimes) are the whole agreement between you and BlockchainNerd about how you use the Website at blockchainnerd.net and the Website Service. They replace any old agreements or discussions we had.
BlockchainNerd can update these Terms whenever they want. If they do, the new version will be live as soon as it’s on the Website, and if you keep using the Website Service after that, it means you agree to the new Terms. You should check these Terms regularly to see if anything has changed. No other changes to these Terms will count unless they’re written down and signed by someone official at BlockchainNerd.
These Terms follow English law, and you agree that any legal issues will be dealt with by the English courts.
If a court says that any part of these Terms isn’t valid, that part will be changed as much as possible to match what we originally meant, and the rest of the Terms will still be in place.
If BlockchainNerd doesn’t use or enforce any right in these Terms, it doesn’t mean they’re giving up that right, unless they say so in writing.
Unless we specifically say so, nothing in these Terms gives any rights to anyone other than you, BlockchainNerd, and their related companies.
